I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say that it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is fantastic, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is situated near the Svans museum on a dirt road, which adds to its charm and tranquility. The service provided here is top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The room amenities are also impressive, with free toiletries and a flat-screen TV. The parquet floor adds a touch of elegance and the dining area is spacious and inviting. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, allowing me to stay connected at all times.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Room was large, bigger then in most Mestia hotels. There's pool. It is near to the airport.

Located near a popular museum on a rustic road, this hotel has charming wooden balconies and spectacular views overlooking the nearby town and valley. Some guests loved the wonderful views from their rooms and porch, while others raved about the lovely linens and design of the room, as well as the accommodating service from the friendly staff. the hotel offers some great facilities and advantages, like the helpful and polite managers, and the calming and cozy atmosphere.
Guests encountered issues with the food, which was rather dull and lackluster and left much to be desired.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the stunning view from the dining area, overlooking the charming town and the magnificent towers. Another highlight was the clean and comfortable room, with a cozy balcony for enjoying the fresh air. The location was great, allowing easy access to the attractions in the area.
The staff lacked warmth and friendliness, making me feel unwelcome. the meals were average, and the buffet table was quite small, leading to crowding during peak hours.

The location of the hotel was great, with breathtaking views of the surrounding town and mountains. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant offered a good selection of local dishes.
The hotel had several issues. the biggest problem was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night due to noisy neighbors.
